Conditions

To process your return or exchange, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

If you have made a mistake or changed your mind about a purchase, you will need to return your product within 30 days of the original purchase. Your good must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. The return postage is at the cost of the buyer. The seller reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the price of the goods returned (whichever is greater) under this provision. The seller will not accept the return of exclusive goods other than in situations where the seller is required to accept a return of such goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

We cannot be held the responsible for buyer's mistake in reading the item descriptions and vehicle compatibility lists, which cause the part not to be suitable for the buyer's vehicle, it will be the buyer's responsibility to return as per the above policy.

If your product is faulty/missing parts/damaged/sent wrong, we will pay for the return freight after assessing the issue.

Assessment of the return 

If your product is faulty, we will ask for a demonstration of the issue, photos and videos will be required. If the return has already occurred, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the goods to the manufacturer. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.

Refund, credit, replacement or repair will not be offered if the goods:

  • Failure due to accident, collision or other environmental conditions including natural disasters.

  • Misuse, abuse or modification.

  • Installed on vehicles used for racing purposes.

  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty 

All parts purchased from Meta V Parts have 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Your rights are protected by the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality & the failure does not amount to a major failure.
